At a joint press conference, Turkish and Montenegrin Foreign Ministers, Ali Babajan and Milan Rocen, recently signed in Ankara an agreement that enables their citizens to travel from one country to other without a visa requirement, Mnnews reported. The visit by Rocen is the first official visit from Montenegro to Turkey after the Balkan country declared independence in June 2006."
