The 21st Republican Turkish Party General Congress, which led to a problem between Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer and the Cyprus Turkish Peace Force Corps Commander Hayri Kivrikoglu, was held last Sunday. Soyer was once again elected as the leader of the CTP-BG, the majority partner of the government."
