" TURKISH SCIENTISTS DEVELOP PROJECTS TO ELONGATE PATIENT'S STATURE
IZMIR - Four Turkish scientists from Dokuz Eylul University (DEU) of the Aegean city of Izmir, applied to the European Patent Office in order to obtain the patents for their 2 projects, which aim at the elongation of human body either by using a remote control or with the help of certain weights.
The first project envisages a 1-millimeter elongation per day, by he help of a remote control which activates the screws driven into the bones. The patient will be able to lengthen his/her own body while lying on a bed by using the remote control device."
