Following Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul’s visit, Turkish Armed Forces General Staff Chief Army General Yaşar Buyukanıt is on visit to the US, APA’s Turkey bureau reports. Yaşar Buyukanıt is expected to express strict position on the claims on Armenian genocide.
Buyukanıt will express Turkey’s position on the discussion of alleged Armenian genocide in the Congress at the meetings in Pentagon and with Vice President Richard Cheney. "
