"Turkey, Italy to facilitate visa procedures

Turkey and Italy will sign a memorandum of understanding on Thursday that facilitates visa procedures for passports holders of the two countries, said a statement from the Turkish Foreign Ministry. Under the agreement, the Italian side will facilitate visa procedures, especially for Turkish businessmen, professional drivers, Turkish citizens who are allowed to live and work in Schengen countries, academics and athletes, while the Turkish side will not require a visa from Italian citizens visiting Turkey for less than 90 days, said the statement."
