The fifth World Water Forum will be held in Istanbul in 2009.
The Energy Ministry announced the most important aspect of the meeting is to attract foreign investors to Turkey in the field of water-based energy. One of the significant irrigation projects of Turkey, the Southeastern Anatolia Project (GAP), will also be presented to foreign firms during the forum."
