"Commission says education and culture chapter talks could start

The European Commission suggested yesterday the European Union open real negotiations on the education and culture chapter with Turkey, citing the success of Ankara in both the preliminary and detailed screening process of that chapter.
In a report sent to all members of the EU, the Commission also suggested starting real negotiations with Croatia together with Turkey on the education and culture chapter, showing the chapter as the least complicated for both countries."
