The 'cartoons' incident has taken a crazy course. On one hand are demonstrations and acts of destruction. On the other is a stubborn effort to defend the offending cartoons in the name of values such as freedom of expression. The question in minds is: How will this problem be solved and will it be possible to draw a useful lesson from this turmoil? "
