"Iran dominates agenda of Security Council meeting in Ankara
A 6 hour meeting of the Turkish National Security Council (MGK) took place yesterday in Ankara, under the direction of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer. At the top of the agenda was Iran, whose announcement that it had begun enriching uranium for nuclear power has caused international concern over the last month. The MGK reportedly discussed scenarios that could conceivably developed if the Iran matter develops into an international crisis, and what Turkey's stance would be in the matter. "
