An Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation, met with the First Deputy Premier of Turkey, Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul during the visit to Turkey, Trend reports. Azerbaijani Speaker Oktay Guliyev stressed the necessity for use of experience of the parliament of a fraternal country.
He informed that the 6 November parliamentary elections held in 2005 were democratic and transparent.
Asadov noted that Azerbaijan and Turkey were not only fraternal countries, but also strategic partners. There is a favorable investment situation in Azerbaijan and around 100 Turkish companies have put investments in Azerbaijani economy over the last year, he added."
