"Bakoyiannis: Cyprus problem and Greco-Turkish relations among our priorities
NEWLY appointed Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyiannis has assured that the Cyprus question and the course of Greco-Turkish relations are among the priorities of the Greek foreign policy.
According to Cyprus News Agency (CNA), Bakoyiannis had a telephone conversation with President Tassos Papadopoulos yesterday and extended an invitation to her Cypriot counterpart George Iacovou to visit Athens next week for coordination of the two ministries.
Responding to questions, the Cypriot President said he expects that the excellent relations he had with Bakoyiannis’ predecessor Petros Molyviatis will continue with the new Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs."
