"Aishe, get moving
By Nicos A. Rolandis
DURING the past 22 months, a number of methods have been devised to neutralise all efforts and processes for the solution of the Cyprus problem. The “incompetence of Talat”, the “good preparation needed” and “Talat’s presidential office” (for decades until now there had been no problem), were some of these methods.
At present, the government’s position is that we do not accept that only the British and the Americans should be involved. We insist on the implication of all the permanent members of the Security Council.
However, who are those who vote for and support the resolutions of the Security Council on Cyprus? Is it not all the members of the Security Council, namely the Americans, the Russians, the British, the French, the Chinese and the other 10 non- permanent members, who mandate the initiatives on Cyprus?"
