"Turk expedition team to go for conquering K-2
ISLAMABAD: Conquering successfuly, the summit of 'Gasherbrum-II' on July 22, the Turkish expedition team announced Monday that they would now mount the most dangerous peak of Pakistan 'K-2'.
The six members' Turkish expedition team made this announcement in the Turkish embassy in the presence of Turkish ambassador in Pakistan Kemal GUR and president of Alpine Club of Pakistan Tariq Sidiqi.
The Turkish team is lead by Mr. Serhan, an electronic engineer by profession, Dr. Burcak Onoglu Pocan, lecturer, Dr. Bora Mavis, Lecturer, Ms. Elif Eylem Koc, Project manager in a software company, Mr. Soner Buyukatyalay, PH student and Mr. Serkan Girin, PH student."
