"'US Will Take Concrete Steps to Counter PKK Terrorism'

The U.S. will take concrete steps to curb the activities of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), said U.S. Embassy Charge d'Affaires in Ankara Nancy McEldowney late Monday.
Her statement came following a bilateral meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
'We're determined to take concrete steps to counter PKK terrorism and the U.S. will continue to support Turkey in its fight against them,' McEldowney added."
