After French leaders try to impose a new condition to start talks, Ankara tries to find a way to secure the framework document, the roadmap for its EU accession talks, at a September meeting. France or Greek Cyprus could exercise their veto at the meeting. Or, even worse, the EU states could show solidarity by all demanding recognition by Ankara
