In a city where there are already 500 police cameras, a new SCP group forms.
In May 2005, a woman from Turkey attended one of the weekly walking tours of heavily surveilled neighborhoods in manhattan, offered by the Surveillance Camera Players. Though she wasn't an IMCista herself, she had contacts with the IMC in Istanbul and shot a great deal of video, including an interview with SCPer Bill Brown.
Shortly thereafter (?), an SCP group was founded in Istanbul. They call them 'Gozetleme Kamerasi Oyunculari,'which means 'Surveillance Camera Players' in Turkish. Their homepage is located at izleniyoruz.0nyx.com/index2.html. "
