Astaldi May Fetch More Than What It Needs in Istanbul Bridge Sale

A potential buyer for a bridge over the Bosphorus has valued Astaldi SpA’s 33 percent stake in the asset at as much as $467 million, a price that could help the Italian builder kick off a crucial share sale later this year, people familiar with the matter said.
