EU-Turkey: Brussels, Ankara waives visas for all 28 states
Up to now 11 countries were not recognised, including Cyprus

(ANSAmed) - BRUSSELS, MAY 3 - The Turkish government has adopted a decree permitting citizens of all 28 EU member states to enter Turkey without a visa, European Commission spokesman Margaritis Schinas said on Tuesday.
