Turkey’s main BIST-100 stock index gains 0.6%; government bonds rally

ISTANBUL—Turkish markets on Monday were resilient following Sunday night’s deadly terrorist attack in Turkey’s capital, suggesting that investors buoyed by a new round of economic stimulus by the European Central Bank are comfortable taking on more risks in emerging markets.
