EU Urges Turkey To Ensure Access To Independent Observers To Besieged City

The Council of Europe has urged the Turkish authorities to ensure immediate access to the besieged city of Cizre by independent observers, including by Turkey's national human rights structures, in order to dispel the rumors of human rights violations perpetrated by security forces.
