Zambian women raise flag in Turkey

IN multitudes, they came and they saw. And in tones of awe, they gave accolades to Zambia for the gem of tourism and peace bequeathed to the southern African nation.
This is the impact which the just-ended crafts and traditional cuisine exhibition mounted in Turkey by 10 women-members of the Small Scale Industries Association of Zambia (SSIAZ) made on the Turkish community. With this, the profile of Zambia as a tourism destination of choice has taken a lofty notch on the ladder.
