WASHINGTON – Syria's Democtatic Union Party (PYD) co-chair and Kurdish Cantons (Rojava) representative to Europe, Sinem Muhammed says the US is trying to strengthen ties with Syrian Kurds, but Turkey is blocking progress in establishing relations.
