Report: Jihadist reveals secret swap deal between ISIL and Turkey
A high-ranking member of the radical Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) has claimed that Turkey secretly released a number of jihadists back to ISIL in exchange for Turkish hostages who were kidnapped in June from the Turkish Consulate General in Mosul.
