Turkey must stop prevaricating over Isis
The likely fall of Kobani exposes the weakness of the US-led coalition
At some point over the coming days, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or Isis, looks likely to seize the Syrian frontier town of Kobani. If its jihadist fighters succeed, they will have passed another milestone in their campaign to establish a self-declared caliphate across the Middle East.
