Iraqi turmoil hits Turkish assets, emerging markets lacklustre

LONDON: The Turkish lira briefly fell to one-week lows against the dollar, while stocks extended the previous session's 3 percent losses on fears Iraq's spreading insurgency will affect its neighbour.
