Turkey’s Ankara Chief Prosecutor’s Office incompetent to handle General Staff complaint

Ankara. Ankara Chief Prosecutor’s Office has declared itself incompetent to handle the General Staff complaint asking for an investigation of an alleged “plot” and fabrications against the military leading to the conviction of numerous high-ranking members of the Turkish Armed Forces in criminal cases such as the “Balyoz” (Sledgehammer) and Ergenekon coup-plot cases, Dogu Haber Ajansi reported.
