Sofia. Swindles carried out against foreigners are very common in the recent years. Most frequently Turkish-speaking citizens become victims of such swindles, Zlatka Padinkova, chief of Crimes against Property Sector at the Chief Directorate of National Police, said in an interview with FOCUS News Agency.
