Activists Question Turkey Investigation into ‘Excessive’ Use of Force
Turkey has taken its biggest step thus far to hold security forces accountable for an “excessive use of force” during anti-government demonstrators in June, but the internal investigation was promptly criticized as a token gesture by human rights activists and opposition leaders.
