Turkish lawmakers hand PKK leader’s letter to group commanders

ANKARA, April 17 — Three pro-Kurdish Turkish lawmakers traveled Wednesday to Arbil province in northern Iraq to hand a letter from the jailed leader of the outlawed Kurdish Workers’ Party to commanders of the group.
