Italy sends advanced med unit and 250,000 euros, pledges more
(ANSAmed) - ANKARA, NOVEMBER 15 - There is no end in sight to the plight of hundreds of thousands of Syrian civil war refugees, Italian special envoy for humanitarian emergencies, Margherita Boniver, said on Thursday at the end of her three-day mission to Turkey. ''It is a human drama of enormous suffering,'' Boniver said after visiting refugees at Turkey's Kilis camp near the Syria border yesterday.
