Emaar launches second Istanbul urban project

Emaar Properties, the developer behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, has announced its Turkish subsidiary has launched a new urban project in the city of Istanbul, which will include a mall inspired by Dubai Mall, it was announced At Cityscape Global in Dubai on Wednesday.
