Cyprus policemen were in Turkish occupied sector says Eroglu

TURKISH CYPRIOT leader Dervis Eroglu has accused three Republic of Cyprus policemen of border violation, after hotly disputed of accounts of whether the officers passed through the Green Line and into the occupied areas.
“They violated military area and also they entered in Turkish Cypriot area with guns and they tried to assault our people in their area,” Eroglu said in a statement sent to the Famagusta Gazette.
