Turkish Cypriots deserve the right to explore resources

I oppose House Resolution 676 introduced by Congressman Eliot Engel, D-N.Y., and currently referred to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. House Resolution 676 denies Turkish Cypriots the right to explore natural resources in their own homeland and accuses Turkey of allegedly colonizing Cyprus.
