UPDATE 1-Turkish c.bank holds fire, warns of tighter policy

(Reuters) - Turkey's Central Bank kept interest rates and banks' reserve requirements on hold on Wednesday but warned it may have to tighten market interest rates more frequently to head off risks to inflation from higher oil prices.
