Turkey plans to make investments of $28 billion in Istanbul which bids to host the 2020 Olympic Games.
Yalcin Aksoy, director-general of the Committee of Istanbul Olympic Games Preparation and Organization, told the A.A they would work with leading international firms for architecture, engineering, construction, strategic communication and advertisement.
He highlighted importance of people's support to the project, and called on everyone from the president to athletes to join promotion and lobbying activities. "
