"Standard Unlu, Turkven to Invest in Turkish Ice Cream Producer

Turkish private-equity companies Standard Unlu Private Equity and Turkven said they will invest together in Ulker Golf, a Turkish ice cream maker.
They set up a venture called Ice Cream Investment BV, which will become a minority shareholder in Natura Gida, owner of Ulker Golf, the Istanbul-based investment companies said in an e-mailed statement today. They said they will announce details of the partnership at a news conference May 4. "
