The Istanbul Stock Exchange ranks among the best performing bourses in 2010, according to a report by a Turkish stock market association. A total of 22 companies offered their shares to the public in the past year, reaping $2.1 billion. The market capitalization of the stock exchange has neared $297 billion. Newer and bigger public offerings are also expected this year"
