ANKARA, Turkey - Turkey has set free at least 18 members of a Kurdish Islamic militant group pending the outcome of their trial.
The move complies with a law that came into effect Jan. 1, which restricts the amount of time people can be jailed before the final verdict in their case to a maximum of 10 years"
