Bahrain (Manama) - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stressed the importance of a just approach based on the international law when it comes to dealing with the nuclear issues.
'All countries hope to have an access to the nuclear energy for peaceful purposes based on the Non-proliferation Treaty,' he noted."
