ISTANBUL (AP) — A news agency says Besiktas midfielder Jose Maria 'Guti' Gutierrez has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a road accident in Istanbul.
The private Dogan news agency says Guti lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an incoming bus around 4 a.m. Monday. No one was hurt in the accident."
