"Islamic science exhibit opens in Istanbul

ISTANBUL, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- An exhibit featuring Islamic scientific achievements between the 7th and 17th centuries opened here on Wednesday.
The exhibit, named 'The 1001 Inventions Exhibit' was brought to Turkey by the Alliance of Civilizations Coordination Committee."
