"Istanbul cashier shot in head during robbery
A cashier at a Boğazıcı Electricity Distribution Company payment office is in critical condition after being shot in the head during a robbery Monday in the Istanbul district of Sultangazi.
Sabahattin Solmazoğlu, 35, was taken to Bahat Hospital following the incident.
Wearing a helmet, the assailant walked into the payment office and waited in line for the customers ahead of him to pay their bills. After approaching the cashier’s desk, he allegedly demanded the money in the cash register."
