The recent closure of European Union Information Centers in Istanbul and Ankara has caused rumors about whether EU-Turkey relations are on the decline. However, sources close to the Delegation of the European Commission to Turkey say the department will transform its communication centers in both cities and increase its public communication in the coming days"
