ISTANBUL, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Here are press reports, news and events that could affect Turkish financial markets on Thursday.
The lira firmed to 1.482 from a previous close of 1.4830. Istanbul's main share index fell 0.94 percent to 47,910.30 on Wednesday. The yield on the benchmark May 11, 2011, bond fell to 8.76 percent from 8.86 percent."
