Following the Kurdish and Armenian initiatives, the Turkish government has launched the Cyprus initiative. On Friday evening, State Minister for European Affairs Egemen Bağış addressed a gala dinner jointly organized by TESEV, the British Council and Turkey’s EU representative office. Bağış sent signals about a new opening, and the next day he underlined what he said the day before."
