BRUSSELS, Oct 13 (Reuters) - The European Union will tell Turkey this week to treat media group Dogan Yayin (DYHOL.IS) fairly in a $3.3 billion tax dispute, as it may affect freedom of the press in the country, a draft EU report said on Tuesday."
