TORONTO (A.A) - 13.07.2009 - The Turkish government plans to issue a tender notice in September for construction of the third bridge over Istanbul Strait, Turkish transportation minister said.
Third bridge will carry the transit traffic from Asia in the east to Europe in the west by the help of suburban motorways, Binali Yildirim said."
