"Ban on Turkish dam construction to be lifted

ANKARA, July 1 (Reuters) - Turkish Environment Minister Veysel Eroglu said on Wednesday a ban on the construction of the 1.2 billion euro ($1.68 billion) Ilisu dam would be lifted and construction may start next week."
