ISTANBUL, July 21 (Reuters) - Turkey may unveil reforms to resolve the Kurdish problem within a month, pre-empting a 'road map' from jailed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Ocalan to end decades of bloodshed, resentment and poverty."
