ISTANBUL – An Ankara court annulled an earlier decision handed down by the prosecutor’s office that said it was unnecessary to file a lawsuit against the chair of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party, or DTP, for speaking Kurdish in Parliament, Radikal daily reported on Sunday."
